CJ’s Sprinkler Repair utilizes an AI Receptionist to help answer phone calls and text messages.

The receptionist may send out appointment confirmations and reminders. Confirmations are sent out at time of booking with reminders being sent the day of scheduled service.

As part of this process, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email. This information is used to book service appointments, send appointment reminders or to manage appointment rescheduling or cancellations. Information is stored in accordance with industry-standard safeguards in a secure system with restricted access.

Your name and invoicing information may be shared with our payment processor to ensure accurate and complete records of payment.

We do not sell your personal information. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
